In order to compile actors you need to have a Kepler loaded, which in turn requires that you have a Kepler installed. Instructions for how to install and load kepler can be found at [https://users.euro-fusion.org/iterphysicswiki/index.php/Setup_for_ETS-6]

In order to compile actor we first need to compile the libraries need by the actor and we then generate the actors. The two steps are given by make libs ./regenerate_actors
